Why “spacedesk,” you ask? Well, we’ve always thought appraisal company names were a bit, well, uninspiring. So, we went for something we thought was more intriguing! Our motto was, “your space appraised from our desk,” but we soon realized it didn’t quite capture what truly sets us apart.
You see, anybody can do a desktop appraisal, but here’s the twist – we’re all about evidence-based appraising and data science. That’s what makes us stand out from the rest.
