    We only appraise residential single family properties. Our data-driven methodology is best suited for properties in average to good condition, located in urban and suburban areas.
  • How long does the appraisal process take?
    We have an industry-leading average of one business day from the time you pay, until we email the pdf report. Sometimes it may take a bit longer if we need to request more information about the property. So once payment is made, be on the lookout for additional communication.
  • Can I trust the confidentiality of my property information?
    Absolutely. We prioritize the confidentiality and security of your property information. Our team adheres to strict ethical standards, and all data is handled with the utmost care and your privacy as the main focus.
  • Do you provide appraisals for properties in all geographic locations?
    We currently serve The Austin and San Antonio Metroplexes, surrounding areas and all in between. Basically, if the MLS system covers your county, we should be able to help.
  • How can I request a real estate appraisal from your team?
    To request an appraisal, click the buy desktop appraisal button and begin the 3 Step Buy Appraisal Process. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes start to finish.
  • What information do I need to provide for an appraisal request?
    When requesting an appraisal, providing details such as property address, type, size, and any specific features will help us better understand your needs. Additional documentation, such as recent property surveys or improvements, can also be beneficial.
  • What if I don't agree with the results of the appraisal?
    We understand that questions may arise. We're an open book, ready to explain and discuss any aspects of the appraisal process. We acknowledge that perfection is elusive. If you bring forth new evidence or information, we are committed to reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting our findings. Your satisfaction and understanding are our priorities.
